When is an order completed?
The order is considered complete once you will receive the confirmation of the filing of your trademark, design, unpublished work or software via e-mail. It usually takes 5 working days. To obtain the registration it will be necessary to wait for the technical timing of the Italian Patent and Trademark Office or of SIAE. In any case, the protection starts at the moment of the filing. Can I cancel an order and get a refund?
No, once your order is sent, you cannot cancel it or ask for a refund. Make sure to insert correctly all data requested during the filling of your order. Only if you are a Consumer (that is a natural person acting for purposes outside the entrepreneurial, commercial, artisan or professional activity possibly performed) you can withdraw your order within 14 days from the order confirmation, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
